Very recently, i was watching TV. i saw flood victims in Northern Ghana and i must say i was crestfallen but one thing gave me a lot of hope-Ghanaians from across the country were pouring donations in. I was very happy that we didn't wait for some international organisation to send us maize and rice but we took up the challenge first. that is what we all are supposed to do for each other! we depend on the west for everything when we could easily do everything for ourselves and by ourselves. i heard on the news that a presidential hopeful in Ghana had raised well over $100,000 at a single fund raising ceremony and i was totally awed. that is in the millions when you talk about Ghana cedis. so it tells me that we have the money to do what we want to do. its just that we are more than ready to spend on selfish things than on helping the sick, the homeless, the poor etc. i believe that no one is going to solve Africa's problems for African do it themselves. i mean we can get all the aids we want but until we put our act together and discipline ourselves, we won't know how to spend the money we get. Africa is coming though and i entreat all who think we will never make it to to review their perceptions.we are going to cause a lot of things to happen! when i say WE, i mean every single person so if you are an African reading this, remember that you have a duty to perform so get started!

there are many languages we can all learn to speak depending on our interests.it becomes very dangerous when the only language we can speak can only be spoken by the use of force and through wars. we have lost touch with the languages that seem to be the best way to communicate with everyone.i believe that the best way to communicate with others is through friendly talks and a little bit of deplomacy. the world can never progress unless we learn to believe that we can never attain anything good unlesss we are ready to learn to speak the good language.

there are some days when you feel like no one wants to say thank you or the workds were taken out of the dictionary. sometimes you wonder what to do when you do something for someone and the person fails to notice what you have done.do you hit the person in the face or you just let the person go while you feel hurt? well it just doesn't work when you hit the person in the face so i think it is best if you just let that moment pass as if it never came. will it be proper if you told the person later about how you felt? maybe it will because it will help the person to change. i think being thankful is just the best way to tell others that you appreciate what they have done for you! lets us learn to appreciate what others do for us and learn to start everyday with the best of moods knowing that a smile lights a certain candle or torch in the heart of someone who is hurting .

p.s.
to all who posted some coments about my last update i think it will be best if i said thank you . thank you for everything! i appreciate it!
